St. Denys Church, Evington

On 20th September 2026, we celebrated our Harvest Festival but also said goodbye to our Pastoral Warden and Authorized Minister, Kimberley Tyler who was with us for seven years. Kimberley is training to be ordained within the Church of England. We are very sorry to see her and her family go, but our thoughts, prayers and best wishes go with them on this next chapter of their ministry. The Collation and Licensing of our new Vicar will take place on Wednesday 28th November 2026 at 7pm in the church. All are welcome. Refreshments will be served in the parish centre attached to the church, after the service. Our annual service for All Souls takes place in church on Sunday 1st November 2026 at 4pm. There will be an opportunity to light a candle in memory of loved ones and appropriate readings and hymns will be read and sung. Afterwards, tea and coffee will be served in the parish centre attached to the church. If you would like the name/s of a departed loved one, or more, read out during the service, please e-mail our Administrator by 25th October at: office:@stdenys.org.uk with the name/s and he will ensure they are added to the list.
