Meet at Unity Place Community Centre
Enjoy a friendly, easy-paced walk around the village. Whether you’re new to the area or have lived here for years, it’s a great opportunity to meet our walk and talk team, make friends and enjoy good conversation. We’ll finish at Cappuccino @ The Hub at approximately 11.00am. No need to book – just come along. All ages welcome but under 16’s must bring their adult!!

Buckshaw Village Church

Buckshaw Village Church (BVC) is a welcoming church based in the North West of England. Our vision is to make disciples by creating opportunities for people to follow Jesus, love others and serve the world.

Throughout the week, we host a range of community and people-focussed ministries and outreach programmes with something to suit everyone.

If you'd like to enquire about baptism, marriage or simply want to explore what 'church life' looks like, why not drop us an email via the Get in Touch page (over on the left hand side of this page) or better yet - just drop by on a Sunday morning. We'd love to meet you. We meet at 10am every Sunday morning with refreshments from 9:45am.

Safeguarding

The Conventional District of Buckshaw Village is committed to the safeguarding of children, young people and adults. We follow the House of Bishops guidance and policies and have our own Parish Safeguarding Officer(s), PSOs. The Diocese of Blackburn’s safeguarding pages contain vital links and information including contacts for the Diocesan Safeguarding Advisor (DSA) who advise our PSOs. If you are concerned that a child or adult has been harmed or may be at risk of harm please contact the DSA. If you have immediate concerns about the safety of someone, please contact the police and your local authority Children or Adults Services.
