About Us

We are the parish church in a village of about 1,000 souls in the Vale of Belvoir. We hold a church service every Sunday, see our website (clawson.uk) for details. The benefice system having collapsed, and the Minster Community idea being not to our liking, we are back to being an independent parish, but we share initiatives with neighbouring parishes of Nether Broughton, Hose, Harby and Stathern, so don't take any notice of the "related churches" info on this website, it's 15 years out of date but we are not allowed to alter it. 

We have a C of E primary school. 

Our Lay Minister is a chaplain at Dove Cottage Day Hospice nearby.
