There are four bells in the Tower of All Saints, which are regularly rung by the Pickwell Pealers. The bells are some of the oldest in the area, the tenor (the one heard when the clock chimes) and the number 2 bell were cast sometime between 1510 and 1520, number three was cast in 1600 and the newest in 1893.

The 1889 Forster & Andrews organ was installed into the church in 1996 Its Consecration and First Church Service was on 4th September that year, with a Confirmation by Bishop Thomas Butler. In 2019 there was an Organ Recital to celebrate the organ's 130th anniversary.
