Welcome to St Peter's Church Stockerston. Our small village of Stockerston is located in the county of Leicestershire, England. The village is situated on the eastern side of the county, close to the border with Rutland. The village is surrounded by beautiful countryside, with rolling hills and fields of crops.
Stockerston has a rich history, with evidence of human habitation dating back to the Bronze Age. The village was mentioned in the Domesday Book of 1086, and has been inhabited ever since. St. Peter's Church is a Grade I listed building, and is situated on the north side of Church Lane, close to Stockerston Hall. The present structure was largely built in the 13th to 15th centuries.

Great Easton: St Andrew
Welcome to St Andrew's Church, Great Easton located within our small village in the Harborough district of Leicestershire, England. The village is situated on the A47 road, which connects Leicester to Peterborough. Great Easton is a picturesque village with a population of around 500 people. The village is surrounded by beautiful countryside and is a popular destination for walkers and cyclists.
Great Easton has a rich history dating back to the 11th century. The village was mentioned in the Domesday Book of 1086 and was known as Estone. The village was later renamed Great Easton to distinguish it from the nearby village of Little Easton. St Andrew's Church dates back to the 13th century and is the oldest building in the village. It is built out of ironstone as are a number of other buildings. Great Easton has a number of historic buildings including the Old Rectory, which is a Grade II listed building.

The village is situated on the eastern edge of the Welland Valley and is surrounded by beautiful countryside. St. Giles Church is a Grade 2* Listed Building that dates back to the 12th century, and is known for its beautiful architecture and stained glass windows. It is situated in the heart of the village on raised ground beside Medbourne Brook, and is a defining element in the character of Medbourne.
