In 2023 the THOMAS Project, based at the Lazy Hill shops on Walsall Wood Road, piloted a scheme called "Plant  to Plate". This was led by a professional gardener, showing how you may grow fruit and vegetables then cook and prepare them to eat. The growing part ended with our Harvest Thanksgiving Service, where attendees were welcomed and some of the produce was on display. It has carried on in 2024 and 2025.
