Following the success of the Bible Reflections at Re:Connect and the Tynings Away Day, we are launching Soul:Connect on Saturday 13th December.

Christingle service at Tynings Lane Church

Travelling Nativity

for 2 hours
From The Hothouse, 18 Myatt Avenue on foot to Tynings Lane Church.

Wrap up warm and join our Travelling Nativity starting at The Hothouse, 18 Myatt Avenue. Follow the star, meeting characters from the Christmas story along the way to finally arrive at Tynings Lane Church to find Mary, Joseph and the baby Jesus. Oh, also warm drinks and mince pies!

All are welcome, even if you join us on the way. The route follows the pavements, however please be careful if the weather has been icy or snowy, and let the stewards guide you at road crossings and on the Tesco Express car park. Parents & carers are responsible for their children & vulnerable adults.

Seasonal refreshments will be served after arrival at Tynings Lane Church, where there are also accessible toilets including baby changing facilities.

Christmas Eve Holy Communion

Start the festival with a celebration of Holy Communion with carols as well as our usual worship music.

Christmas Morning service
