We had a fantastic Lent get together on Friday at Moreton. 35 people from the village and the wider benefice came for coffee, cake and the chance to get to know people better. We also talked about ‘holy habits’ that help us draw nearer to God. We are delighted to announce that the Bishop has appointed the Revd Rachael Griffiths, who currently has Permission to Officiate in the Diocese of Chester to be Rector of Adbaston, High Offley, Knightley, Norbury, Woodseaves, Gnosall and Moreton. Rachael will be formally welcomed to the Benefice during a service, led by the Bishop of Lichfield, in St Lawrence's Church, Gnosall at 7pm on 14th January 2026.
