Accessibility

The toilet is located in the vestry at the back of the church.

There is space in the toilet in the vestry at the back of the church.

There is ample car parking outside the village hall, which is about 100 yards from the church and there is a small car park on the village green, opposite the church.

Request someone to put down the ramp, as there are two shallow steps into the vestry where the toilet is located.

It is possible to travel from the car park to the church without encountering any steps or pavement edges,

There is a defibrillator located on the wall of the village hall, about 100 yards from the church.

The church is built on a mound and has two paths to the door. One has some fairly steep steps and the other slopes from the roadway to the door. There are no steps to enter the church.

This is in use at all services.

A large-print service booklet is available at all Sunday services.


Our Building

The building is Grade II* listed.

There is a Post Office located in the village shop across the road from the church.


Music and Worship

The church has three bells, but we are not allowed to swing them full-circle because of the condition of the tower. They are rung before Sunday services.

Occasional choral concerts are held in the church. Details will be added to this site and also to the church web site.

An organ is used at all Sunday services.


Groups, Courses and Activities

Our after-school club is called SupaClub. More information is in the Events section of this web site.

A Bible Study group meet once a week in the home of one of our church members.

There is a coffee morning held every Saturday in church. See the events section of this web site for more details.

Tea/coffee are served after every Sunday morning service and all are invited to join the regular congregation.

Messy Church

Mothers' Union meet monthly in the church. Further details can be found in the Events section of this web site.

A monthly coffee morning is held for parents and toddlers after dropping off older children at school. Further details can be found in the Events section of this web site.

There are facilities for dropping off items for the food bank, which are donated to the Oswestry & District Food Bank.

Back to Church Sunday

Kinnerley Parish Hall is not run by the church, but works closely with the church. It is 100 yards away and enquiries and bookings should be directed to Mrs Enid Harrison on 01691 682363.
