July was our AGM with reports from Chairman, Treasurer and Secretary summarizing the previous year’s activities. Light refreshments were provided and all committee members were re-elected. 

On Saturday the 22nd August we have our Summer Buffet at Hopton Village hall, all are welcome please contact us for tickets. 

September 1st will see the start of our membership year and our speaker will be Gill Sykes with a talk entitled ‘Two famous ladies’. 

Membership of the guild renews in September and is only £15-00 per year.

We are pleased to encourage visitors (£2-50) to our monthly meetings, where you will be made welcome and be entertained by speakers covering a wide variety of interests. We have a light hearted competition each meeting for flowers or craft. Tea, coffee and biscuits are included, followed by a raffle to round off the evening. We meet on the first Tuesday each month at 7-30pm in Hopton village hall.
