St Philip's West Bromwich, Beeches Road

Welcome to St Philip's Church. We meet in a beautiful building which is impressive in its size and the quality of its craftsmanship. Each Sunday we meet at 11am for our Sung Eucharist (Holy Communion service). Here we listen to the Word of God, reflect on the Word through the sermon and prayers and then receive the sacrament of Christ in the Bread and Wine. We sing both traditional hymns and some contemporary worship songs.

You will find a mixed group of people in backgrounds and ages many of whom assist with the service such as by reading or in the giving of communion.

We hope that you will be able to join us on Sunday. In the meantime please do pray for us as we too pray for the community in which we are set as well as God's whole world.

Safeguarding

The Benefice of West Bromwich (All Saints, St Mary Magdalene and St Philip) is committed to the safeguarding of children, young people and adults. We follow the House of Bishops guidance and policies and have our own Parish Safeguarding Officer (PSO). The Diocese of Lichfield’s safeguarding pages contain vital links and information including contacts for the Diocesan Safeguarding Advisor (DSA) who advises our PSO. If you are concerned that a child or adult has been harmed or may be at risk of harm please contact the DSA. If you have immediate concerns about the safety of someone, please contact the police and your local authority Children or Adults Services."
