This year Mid-Trent wants to celebrate Palm Sunday with something a little different. Those who will enjoy a longer walk will meet at St Andrews, Weston at 9-45am. They will carry a cross along the towpath and offer palm crosses to anyone they meet.
As I am writing this letter I am deciding what to give up for Lent. Over the last few years I have given up giving things up for Lent! Instead I have decided to increase the amount of time I spend on prayer and study.
