Staffordshire Historic Churches Trust Saturday 12th September.

As always, we will be opening the church on this day hoping to attract some of the counties riders and striders and even drivers, who every year visit the beautiful churches of Staffordshire. This is a sponsor event which raises money for Staffordshire Historic Churches Trust and if sponsor money collected on behalf of a particular church half of the money goes to that church. On the day the village hall will be open for toilet facilities, refreshments in the church and Church records and Village history information will be available.

If you think you could walk, cycle or drive around the churches and can obtain sponsors that would be amazing, but otherwise please do come and visit on the day and discover the history of Gayton's 900-year-old church.
