Maer Church is generally open during the day. but if you want to be sure of access then contact the vicar, Nigel Clemas. It is a traditional country church in a very attractive setting opposite Maer Hall.

Maer has a regular monthly service pattern;

First Sunday         8.00am  Holy Communion - a said service of around 40 minutes with aound 5 - 10 attending

Second Sunday    9.30am Holy Communion - a service with hymns and songs of an hour long, with a children's corner. Around 20 - 25 attending

Third Sunday;       No Service - but there is a communion service at the sister church of Chapel Choirlton at 9.30am.

Fourth Sunday      9.30am  Holy Communion - a service with hymns and songs of around an hour, with a children's corner. around 20 - 25 attending

If you are interested in being married in Maer Church, then do contact the vicar.

The children's corner contains soft toys and colouring sheets, and refreshments are served after each 9.30am service.

The benefice magazine 'One Way' is available at the back of church, as well as the weekly notice sheet.
