Accessibility

We have toilets in the Church Hall (not in the Church), including facilities for the disabled. The Hall is beside the Church and may be locked even if the Church is open, in which case please ask for access to the Hall as necessary.

Baby changing facilities are in the Church Hall, next door to the Church.

We have parking spaces next to the church, including one space designated for the disabled. Parking is also possible along the Church drive, and there is roadside parking along Selby Road.

This can be found in the Church Hall which is right next to the Church.

Autism or Asperger Aware / Accessible

We have one designated parking space for the disabled, which is next to the side entrance to the Church and very close to the ramp to the main entrance.

We have a ramp for wheel chairs, prams and buggies, leading to the main entrance. Once you reach the main entrance, the Church is mainly level, although there is a step at the altar, and three steps to Lady Chapel.

Hearing (induction) Loop

Our service sheets are available in both the usual size and large print versions. Ask one of the greeting team if you are not offered the size which is best for you..

Assistance dogs are welcome!

We are aware of the needs of dementia sufferers and welcome both them and their carers.

Our Building

We are a Grade II* listed building, in the Arts and Crafts tradition

Music and Worship

We have an organ and a piano: each is used as appropriate, depending on the type of service and the use of the building.

Groups, Courses and Activities

We have a Youth Group called 'Glow' for Secondary School Age students. Please contact the Vicar for more details.

Help for Visitors

We have notes and postcards available in the Southcote Porch at the main entrance.

We open on the first Saturday of each month from 10am until 2.00pm. The church is also usually open on Tuesday mornings. And we also stay open after our Sunday morning Eucharist until midday. All these opening times are, however, in abeyance at the moment because we have decided to close until at least mid-February, because of the pandemic, to help keep everyone safe. At the moment, we advise that you should please check before you visit!

Other Features

We have a Food Bank, operating from our Church Hall. It started delivering food last year during the lockdowns, and has just reverted to allowing people to come to us instead of having deliveries.

Unfortuately our Church hall is not available for hire at the moment because of the pandemic. If you would like to check n when it may be reopening, please contact the Vicar
