Palm Sunday Parish Communion

Occurring
for 1 hour
Venue
Cold Ash: St Mark
Address
Cold Ash Hill Cold Ash Thatcham, RG18 9PT, United Kingdom

You are warmly invited to join us as we gather to mark the beginning of Holy Week on Palm Sunday. Together we will remember Jesus’ journey into Jerusalem — welcomed with palm branches and shouts of hope — and reflect on the story that leads us towards Easter.

This service of Holy Communion will include scripture, prayer, and space for reflection as we walk together through this important moment in the Christian story. Whether church is a familiar place for you or you are simply curious, you are very welcome.

People of all ages are invited to come as they are. There will be palm crosses to take home, and we will share in bread and wine as signs of God’s love given for the whole world.

We would love you to join us as our community gathers to begin this journey through Holy Week together.

Safeguarding

The parish of Cold Ash is committed to the safeguarding of children, young people and adults. We follow the House of Bishops guidance and policies and have our own Parish Safeguarding Officer(s), PSOs. The Diocese of Oxford’s safeguarding pages contain vital links and information including contacts for the Diocesan Safeguarding Advisor (DSA) who advise our PSOs. If you are concerned that a child or adult has been harmed or may be at risk of harm please contact the DSA. If you have immediate concerns about the safety of someone, please contact the police and your local authority Children or Adults Services
