St Bartholomew, Burwash
Burwash church warmly welcomes all visitors. People often come to the church as part of a visit to Bateman's, the famous National Trust property. We love to see your nice remarks in our visitors' book.
With the pandemic in progress, these are strange and changeable times. In normal (non-Covid) times we have coffee together after Sunday service and it's so nice to welcome folk from all over the world. We have been aiming to stay open for a Sunday service whenever it is allowed by law and, with vaccinations in progress, we so look forward to returning to normality.
Our wonderful Rector retired in 2020 but we hope to find someone new within a few months. How very much we look forward to the day we have a Rector again!
