Church of England Diocese of Chichester Burwash

St Bartholomew, Burwash

Burwash church warmly welcomes all visitors.  People often come to the church as part of a visit to Bateman's, the famous National Trust property.  We love to see your nice remarks in our visitors' book.

With the pandemic still in progress, we still have to be careful, but we are steadily returning to something like normal.  We have coffee together after Sunday service and it's so nice to welcome folk from all over the world.  We have returned to re-opening every day for you to visit, pray and meditate.

Our wonderful Rector retired in 2020 but we hope to find someone new within a few months.  How very much we look forward to the day we have a Rector again!
