Our group has been meeting in the church every week for some years: how time flies! Our numbers have steadily grown and we have a core group of just over 20 ladies and gentlemen. I asked for comments to describe their enjoyment of the mornings and was told: ‘Everyone is very welcoming and friendly;’ ‘We have delicious home-made cake;’ ‘Come along and find out all about dentures and spectacles!’ ‘Interesting anecdotes about life in Burwash over the last 60-70 years;’ ‘It is so lovely to have this get-together every week’.
Thank you to all our lovely ladies and gentlemen who have made the 3Cs coffee mornings so much fun!
