A short celebration of Holy Communion (using Common Worship).

Choir is in full swing. They often join up with the other benefice churches to make a fine United Choir.

Parade and Act of Remembrance at the war memorial outside the church, starting at 10.50am, followed by a remembrance service in church.

The church is next to the OFSTED 'outstanding' primary school. Children drop in to the church on their way to school for a drink, biscuits and a chat. Having left their children at school, parents, carers and toddlers can then come back in for coffee and a snack. Lots of Mums and Dads enjoy this, and the Tuesday Drop-In is often an initial step into the church and has led on to baptisms and participation in the life of the church.

A friendly service with singing and laughter, designed to be enjoyed by all ages but especially meant to encourage children. Every other first Sunday of the month

Choral Evensong. 4.30pm from November to March; 6pm in Spring, Summer and Autumn.

Sung Eucharist.
The service on the second Sunday of each month is usually a United Benefice celebration, at one of our three churches in rotation - St Philip's Burwash Common at 10.30; St Nicolas Etchingham at 11.00; St Bartholomew's Burwash 10.00. There could well be exceptions to the rotation, for example on Remembrance Sunday. Please watch the listing in the magazines and on this website.

This is a shortened Sung Eucharist suitable for all ages but especially intended to encourage young families and to take their worship further than the Family Service held on the first Sunday of each month.
