Our next events: Sunday 23rd August - 4.00 pm St Bartholomew’s Church, Egdean to celebrate our Patronal Festival with Evensong for all the family. The service is being taken by Father Felix Smith followed by "Teas and Cakes" in the Churchyard. This will be followed in September by the Annual Sussex Historic Churches Sponsored Ride and Stride event on Saturday 12th September 9.00 am - 5.00 pm. Jenny Walker is kindly co-ordinating this for us. All the slots in the church to cover the day are now filled, and there are 4 people riding/striding whose sponsorship forms are in church should you wish to support them. All donations are very welcome. Save the date for our Harvest Supper at the Black Horse Inn, Byworth on Thursday 15 October.
