St Michael and All Angels is your parish church in the southern part of Lancing. We are a friendly and welcoming congregation of all ages and backgrounds. 

At St Michael's, the church is the people and not the buildings. We are the 'living stones' that make up the church: we worship together, pray together, have fun together, eat together, look after one another and work together for the good of the community and the building up of God's kingdom. None of us are perfect, but we seek to be a church that lives out God's love for one another.

The parish of South Lancing and Sompting is committed to the safeguarding of children, young people and adults. We follow the House of Bishops guidance and policies and have our own Parish Safeguarding Officers (PSOs).
