St Nicolas is one of the two Parish Churches in the Parish of Portslade and Mile Oak, our other Parish Church is The Good Shepherd in Mile Oak.
There is a third Church in the Parish, which is St Andrews in Church Road which now has the status of a Chapel of Ease and only used occasionally for services.
St Nicolas Church is one of the oldest in the City of Brighton & Hove, and has the distinction of being the only church that has been consistently used for worship throughout its 850 year history. St Nicolas Church is situated in South Street, Portslade which can be found by turning north at the Southern Cross traffic lights on the A270.
