Parts of the heating system are over 120 years old. It is unreliable, costly to maintain, burns alot of gas and only just manages to heat the church for services and events.

Wadhurst Church is proud to be a part of Wild Wadhurst and is actively managing its old Victorian Church yard as a wildflower meadow.

The part of the graveyard, which is still being use is kept neat and tidy, with grass being regularly cut.
