Thank you to Fr Peter for running St Andrew's Advent Course Travelling Light which concluded on Friday.
In the new year, Fr Peter is looking at organising a short course of preparation for Confirmation. If you are interested in being confirmed or know of anyone who might be, please contact him to register your interest at [email protected].
Bishops' visits in January 2026
Bishop Martin of Chichester would like to visit St Andrew's in the new year. He will celebrate Mass and preach on Sunday, 25th January 2026.
Bishop Will of Lewes, who is responsible for our parish, is visiting us on Sunday, 4th January 2026.
These two visits will give us the opportunity to discuss the future of our parish. We hope you can attend.
Living the Mystery of Faith 2026-2030 across the Diocese of Chichester Over the next four years we commit as a Diocese to Living the Mystery of Faith. Each year the Diocese will explore one of the four portraits of Jesus provided by the Gospel writers beginning in 2026 with the Gospel of Matthew. The Diocese's commitment to growth is rooted in prayer for the ongoing renewal of ministry for mission. There is something for everyone who wants to grow. See poster attached.
