Thurmaston: St Michael & All Angels

The church flag flies at full mast on Sunday 6th February 2022 to mark the 70th Anniversary of HM The Queen's Accession.

The Rev Tim Day joined members of the Royal British Legion, pre-school and school children, and others at Thurmaston War Memorial.

St Michael's, Thurmaston will be lighted in red throughout Remembrancetide 2021.

A Service of Thanksgiving for 800+ years of Christian mission and ministry in Thurmaston was held on Sunday 26th September 2021, at which Bishop Martyn Snow, Bishop of Leicester, presided.
