Loughborough: The Good Shepherd

This is a time for us to get together and bring the needs of the world, people and the Church to God in prayer. Everyone is very welcome as we explore prayer together.

An opportunity through craft and other activity, celebration, and a shared meal to discover more about the Christian faith as we worship God together. This month we'll be having a special Christmas themed Messy Church.

This service is a communion service, with prayers, singing and a talk. It is followed by a time for refreshments and chat.

Children have the opportunity to share in their own time during part of the service.

This is mid-week shortened Holy Communion Service followed by refreshments and an opportunity to chat

This service has some worship, prayer and a talk. It is less formal and is followed by a time for refreshments and an opportunity to get to know each other better.

Children have an opportunity to join the adults as well as have their own session during this service.

On the Second Sunday of every month we host a prayer breakfast in our church. It starts at 8.30am, everybody is welcome and you don’t need to bring anything as food and drinks will be provided.

We have a very tasty, simple breakfast together – usually in the vestibule – and then we pray together. Each month we focus our prayer on a specific area of life in our parish.

Breakfast is served from 8:30am, with the prayer time starting at around 9am. We aim to finish at around 10am.
