In our Emmaus gathering, once a month we're going to make space to look for God in the unexpected. This might mean in a more silent contemplative style of gathering, or it might be around a campfire wondering at nature, or in the voices of the marginalized.
Our gathering probably won't look the same each month, but each will have the common thread of looking for God along the road, and along side each other. And we'll be basing it around these core values:
1. Being together
2. Being open to try new things
3. Commitment to being Interactive
4. Being prayerful
5. Sung worship
6. Commitment to creativity
7. Accessible, all have the possibility to engage whether lots of faith or none.
