On Maundy Thursday, Christians remember the Last Supper when Jesus shared a Passover meal with his close friends, spoke of the future, and prayed for them. He also instituted the commemorative act of taking bread and wine to remember his sacrificial death. At our Maundy Thursday service we will share in this sacrament - Holy Communion

Nine Elms, St George's Battersea Fields

St George's Nine Elms is a welcoming church family that enjoys gathering on Sundays for worship, learning and friendship. Our services are quite informal with a mix of traditional and contemporary words and hymns. There are always separate fun activities and learning for children.  

We meet in a lovely modern building off Thessaly Road, 9 minutes' walk from Battersea Power Station tube. At the heart of our life together is a desire to grow in faith, in friendship, in life and in service.  We offer an open invitation to anyone who wants to share this journey with us.
