The reflection focuses on a specific topic (such as a bible passage) and reflects on their meaning in the context of the love of God.

The office of Compline is a service of quietness and reflection before rest at the end of the day. The service can include psalms, bible readings, prayers and closes with a blessing.

To help us manage numbers and maintain ‘track and trace’ information, you need to sign up for this service using the sign-up sheets at the back of St Eds church or contact Rev Paul directly to be added to the list.

Also note, at present unfortunately these spaces will need to be restricted to anyone who has not been to a Sunday service in either St Peter's or St Ed's on the previous Sunday.

Plus face coverings are now mandatory inside the church building.

This will be a traditional 'Service of the word'.
At the heart of the service is the Liturgy of the Word. The readings from Holy Scripture are central to this and, together with the season, determine the theme of the rest of the worship.
There will be no communion during this service.

Due to the current restrictions on numbers we need people to register for these services.
There are sign up sheets at the back of St Ed's Taverham for these services (even though the service is at St Peter's Ringland).
If you are able, please go to St Eds to sign up, alternatively contact Rev Paul and he will sign you up.

Everyone is welcome.
Note: As of 8th August 2020 Government requirements concerning the use of face coverings in church buildings have changed. Face coverings are now mandatory inside the church building.
