MAUNDY THURSDAY

Occurring
for 1 hour, 15 mins
Venue
St Paul's, Brixton
Address
184 Ferndale Road Brixton, SW9 8AH, United Kingdom

Maundy Thursday at St Paul’s Church is a deeply meaningful and welcoming occasion, bringing people together in reflection and fellowship. The service includes the moving act of washing the feet, led by our vicar, Reverend Marcus Ottaviani, reminding us of humility and service to one another. We begin by sharing a simple meal of soup and bread, echoing the spirit of togetherness from the Last Supper, before gathering for a communion service. It is a special time to pause, connect, and prepare our hearts. At the end of this Communion service, the Altar will be stripped in preparation for Good Friday; all are warmly invited to join us.
