Music and Worship

We welcome new and visiting ringers. Please contact in advance.

We host weekly organ recitals and monthly coffee concerts and many other events. We publish an Arts and Music Programme three times a year.

Requests to play the organ are handled by the Director of Music.

8am Holy Communion every Sunday and Choral Evensong on Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and Thursday during term-time.

The Cathedral Choir has four sections. Boy choristers; Girl choristers; Lay Clerks and Cathedral Consort.
The Choirs are supported by the Director of Music, the Assistant Director of Music, the Organ Scholar and various singing coaches.
