From 23rd September to 21st October, Bradford Cathedral warmly invites you to embark on a transformative journey through the Difference course, created by the Reconciling Leaders Network. In a world often marked by division and misunderstanding, this course offers a hopeful path forward; to build bridges, foster forgiveness, and nurture flourishing communities.

Over five engaging sessions, you'll explore how to navigate disagreement with grace and courage, equipping yourself with practical tools to engage meaningfully across divides. This is more than just learning; it's a call to live out reconciliation in everyday relationships, contributing to healing and unity in our city and beyond.

As part of our 1400 year history of convening people across differences on our site, we are always looking to grow in our interculturality and hospitality. Whether you're seeking to grow in discipleship, enhance your leadership, or simply engage with others eager for peace, Difference offers a safe and inspiring space to discover your role in shaping a more generous, inclusive future.

Join us and be part of a movement to transform division into hope. Together, let's step boldly into reconciliation, embodying the love and justice our city so deeply needs.

Bradford Cathedral

Bradford's beautiful Cathedral is a hidden jewel waiting to be discovered. Set in tranquil gardens the Cathedral is alive with a sense of story from its thirteen centuries at the heart of the city.

This, the third church on the site, is over 500 years old, with twentieth century additions. Bradford's most ancient place of worship is friendly, peaceful and fascinating, with many special features.

The parish of Cathedral Church of St. Peter Bradford is committed to the safeguarding of children, young people and adults. We follow the House of Bishops guidance and policies and have our own Parish Safeguarding Officer(s), PSOs. The Diocese of Leeds’s safeguarding pages contain vital links and information including contacts for the Diocesan Safeguarding Advisor (DSA) who advise our PSOs. If you are concerned that a child or adult has been harmed or may be at risk of harm please contact the DSA. If you have immediate concerns about the safety of someone, please contact the police and your local authority Children or Adults Services.
