Church of England Diocese of Southwark St. Paul, Clapham

About Us

St Paul's is an inclusive, friendly, family church in Clapham, South London. We welcome people of all backgrounds, ages and sexuality. We embrace the diversity of God's creation and give thanks for all that we can learn of God from each other as we walk on our journeys of faith.

Our main service is at 9.45am every Sunday.

We also hold Evening Prayer every Sunday at 6.30pm in the Lady Chapel.

There is a Said Eucharist held on Feast days at 7pm.

St Paul’s is a Church of England place of worship that follows the modern catholic tradition. The liturgy is inclusive and beautiful, further enhanced by incense on Holy days.

At St Paul’s we enjoy sharing our faith and opinions in social settings. Throughout the year we hold various social events including our popular Bonfire Party and Summer Fair.

We aim to be socially responsible and to care for those in our parish and local area. We are involved in running Lifeline which provides social events for older members of the local community.

We are particularly proud of the Eden Community Garden in our churchyard . This is a sustainable award-winning garden where individuals and groups from the local community are encouraged to volunteer to get to know about gardening, growing vegetables and wildlife.
