Church of England Diocese of Chelmsford Bradwell-on-Sea

St Thomas’ church Bradwell-on-Sea

The Church continues to be alive and active even though our churches have been closed. From June 17th St Thomas' will be open for private prayer from 10am to 4pm on Sundays.

Public worship may start in sometime in the future.

Our worship of God and our care for each other continues.

Our website will contain details of how to join others online for prayer, worship, study, and community life.

"The parish of Bradwell-on-Sea: St Thomas is committed to the safeguarding of children, young people and adults. We follow the House of Bishops guidance and policies and have our own Parish Safeguarding Officer(s), PSOs. The Diocese of Chelmsford’s safeguarding pages contain vital links and information including contacts for the Diocesan Safeguarding Advisor (DSA) who advise our PSOs. If you are concerned that a child or adult has been harmed or may be at risk of harm please contact the DSA. If you have immediate concerns about the safety of someone, please contact the police and your local authority Children or Adults Services."

This is a friendly form of morning service for all the family; we have a simple service, four hymns and a short talk. There is always tea and coffee after the service in the Chapman room at the rear of the church.
