EVENING PRAYER from Common Worship Daily Prayer (CWDP) with some traditional catholic additions, is said at 5.30pm on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, at 6.00pm on Friday and Saturday, and 5.00pm on Sunday.

We encourage you to say MORNING PRAYER and EVENING PRAYER at home if you are unable to come to church.

The Parish Church of S. Paul, Deptford was consecrated on the 30th June 1730. The church is Grade 1 Listed, & comes "closer to Borromini and the Roman Baroque than any other English church of this date." (Pevsner).

The Divine Office and Holy Mass are celebrated daily in church, (except on Monday)


The Benefice (or, Parish) of Saint Paul, Deptford. (Following the granting of the Bishop of Southwark’s Pastoral Order on the 19th June 2021, the name of this benefice & parish has been altered from 1st July 2021 to, “THE BENEFICE (OR PARISH) OF SAINT PAUL, DEPTFORD”. This is a return to the original name of the Parish.
