New group for people who sadly find themselves without their partners. There have been several recent bereavements in our church family, but many of our church members have been on their own for many years. So this group is for anyone who has been bereaved, whether that be recently or for many years, to come together over tea and cake and to feel able to have that conversation about your loved one that maybe you don’t often get the opportunity to do, and to just enjoy each other's company. This is open to all and will be on a Saturday afternoon once a month at 2pm, starting on Saturday, 1st August.
General volunteering: We are always looking for volunteers to take part in Sunday Services; reading, intercessions and serving refreshments after church. We also need people to learn how to run the vision and sound for services. If you are available during the week, there are always volunteer opportunities -help with jobs in the church, MCC, Coffee Shop, building maintenance - and we would welcome you with open arms! Please contact Pauline at the church office: [email protected] She can let you know where help is needed.
Donations: We would really appreciate any raffle prizes you can donate for our fundraising events all year round.
