​Are you or anyone you know struggling after a breakup? Restored Lives runs an eight session online course that supports people to recover fully from the breakdown of a significant relationship, new course starting 19th January.

They also offer an online course for 12-17 year olds and 18-30 year olds affected by divorce and separation, this starts on 25th February.

There is a charge but there is bursary for those with a link to St Chads.
