Our Lent Course will run for five weeks, on Tuesdays, starting on 24th February, at 7.30pm in the Royal Room.

It will be based on ‘Creation and New Creation’.

​Please note the Tuesday Prayer group will be joining the Lent Course, along with the Lighthouse Home Group and any other homegroups that meet on a Tuesday, but everybody is welcome to attend.

The Sunday before Easter, on which Christ's entry into Jerusalem is celebrated. 

In addition to the traditional BCP Service at 9am and the All-Age Worship led by our children at 10.45am, there will be a choir-led service of traditional hymns and readings at 3pm.

The day when we remember when Jesus shared the Last Supper with His disciples before going to the Garden Of Gethsemane where he prayed, was betrayed by Judas and was arrested. 

At 7.30pm there will be a traditional service of Holy Communion reminding us of the Last Supper.

The day when we commemorate the crucifixion of Jesus and His death at Calvary with our walk of Witness and our 'Hour at the Cross’ Service:

Walk of Witness: Starting from opposite Becontree Leisure Centre at 12 noon, then on to the High Road Baptist church, for an act of worship at 1pm. ​

‘An Hour at the Cross’ Service: At 3pm - a reflective service of drama and reflective hymns.
