Join us at St Edmund and St Mary’s Church for a special All Souls Service to commemorate and give thanks for the lives of those who have died. This gentle, reflective service is open to everyone, with a particular welcome extended to those recently bereaved and to families for whom we have provided a funeral over the past year.
During our time together, we will sing comforting hymns, say prayers of remembrance, and light candles in memory of our loved ones. If you would like a loved one to be remembered by name during the service, please add their name to the list located at the back of the church or email René Horner to have them included. Following the service, we invite you to stay for refreshments and an opportunity to connect with others in a supportive environment.

This Remembrance Sunday, we invite our entire community to gather together as we honour and remember those who gave their lives in service, and pray for all who continue to be affected by conflict around the world.
Our service will be held entirely inside the church, offering a warm and welcoming space for quiet reflection, gratitude, and shared prayer. We encourage members of our community across all generations to join us in this meaningful act of remembrance.
Whether you wish to participate in the prayers, listen to the readings, or simply stand in quiet solidarity with your neighbours, you are warmly invited to be part of this special yearly service

Join us as we step into the peaceful and expectant season of Advent with our beautiful Candlelight Service.
This special, family-friendly service will begin with a gentle procession of children bringing candles into the church, symbolising the light of Christ coming into the world. As we gather to sing, pray, and reflect on the hope of the Advent season, the service will beautifully conclude with the lighting of candles, filling the church with a warm and peaceful glow.
All are warmly welcome to attend. Following the service, please stay and join us for seasonal refreshments and fellowship.
