Begin the day in God’s presence with quiet reflection, Scripture and prayer at Morning Prayer.

Pause. Be still. Rest in God’s presence.
Join us at St Michael’s for a quiet hour of silent prayer and reflection, offering space to step away from the busyness of everyday life and simply be with Jesus.
Come for the whole hour or stay for as long as you wish. Whether you are familiar with silent prayer or trying it for the first time, you are warmly welcome.
Weekly from Thursday 15 October:
Thursdays, 11am–12 noon
Saturdays, 10am–11am

“Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.” — Matthew 11:28

We gather daily from Monday through to Saturday in the evening to pray for each other, for the world, and for the church. We use the Church of England's daily prayer book. It is a quiet and reflective time we share.

Eucharist Service for those who prefer a quiet service early on Sunday morning.

Sung Eucharist in church and live-streamed on our website.

Join us for food, friendship and thanksgiving as we celebrate Harvest and give thanks for God’s generosity.

Bring a dish to share if you can—perhaps a family favourite or something from your own tradition—and enjoy a meal together. Whether you’re a regular at St Michael’s or visiting for the first time, everyone is warmly welcome.

Donations for the Foodbank will be gratefully received as we remember and support those in our community who are in need.

Church of England's Daily Prayer

Join us for a gentle service of words and music as we remember those we love but no longer see.
There will be space to pause, pray and light a candle in memory of a loved one. Whether your loss is recent or many years ago, you are warmly welcome to come, just as you are, and be held in the prayers and care of others.

If you would like your loved one’s name read aloud during the service, please speak to a member of the ministry team.
