Electoral Roll

Joining the Church Electoral Roll

The Church Electoral Roll is, in many ways, the closest thing we have to a “membership list” for the Church of England. Being on the Electoral Roll is a way of saying that you belong here – that this is your church community and spiritual home.

Anyone who is baptised, aged 16 or over, and who either lives in the parish or regularly worships with us can apply to join. You do not need to be confirmed, although confirmation is encouraged as part of your ongoing journey of faith.

Joining the Electoral Roll allows you to take a more active part in the life of the church. It means you are able to vote at the Annual Parochial Church Meeting (APCM), stand for election to the Parochial Church Council (PCC), and help shape the future direction of our church’s mission and ministry.

More importantly, it is a simple but meaningful way of affirming your commitment to this church community — a recognition that you are part of the life, worship, and witness of the church.

If you would like to join the Electoral Roll, please complete the application form (link below) and return it to us. If you have any questions, we would be very happy to help.
