Alpha is a relaxed, friendly course where anyone can explore the Christian faith and ask life’s big questions. Each session includes time to connect, a short talk or video, and open conversation in small groups — with no pressure and no obligation.

Our Midweek Holy Communion takes place every Thursday at 10:30am. It’s a gentle, reflective service with space to pray, hear God’s word, and share in Communion together. Whether you come regularly or you’re trying church for the first time, you’ll be very welcome — and we always finish with tea and coffee and time to chat.

Join us on Sundays at 9:30am for a welcoming service that blends Holy Communion and Morning Worship. Some weeks we share Communion; other weeks we focus on worship, prayer, and Bible teaching — but every service is warm, accessible, and open to everyone, whether you’re new to church or have been coming for years.

And we always finish with tea, coffee, and biscuits, with plenty of time to chat and get to know people.

Pop in on Tuesdays for free tea and coffee — an easy-going time to meet people, have a proper chat, and share life together. Everyone’s welcome.

Join us on Maundy Thursday as we remember Jesus’ Last Supper with his disciples, and the command he gave them to love one another. In this quiet, reflective Holy Communion service, we gather around Word and Sacrament to draw close to Christ as we begin the journey into Good Friday and Easter. All are warmly welcome — whether you come often or are simply curious.

Ecumenical service followed by walk of witness, with refreshments afterwards.

Join us for An Hour at the Cross, a one-hour service of silence, Scripture readings, hymns, and reflections as we remember Christ’s sacrifice on Good Friday. This gentle and prayerful time invites us to pause, reflect, and stand together at the foot of the cross.

As the sun rises over Hadleigh Castle, we gather in the early morning to celebrate the greater dawn of Easter: the light of Christ rising in the world.

Hadleigh Christians meet together for a brief, ecumenical Sunrise Service at Hadleigh Castle at 6:10am on Sunday 5th April, with churches from across Hadleigh, and music led by the Salvation Army. In the gentle light of morning, we will renew our baptism vows together, reminding ourselves that Christ’s light is not only around us, but also within us — kindled in our hearts, and sent out to be shared.

Join us this Holy Saturday for Messy Garden, a creative event for all ages where we’ll make our own gardens through crafts and activities. As we create together, we’ll explore the story of Easter and the garden where new life began. A relaxed, fun, and welcoming space for families, children, and anyone who enjoys being creative.

Messy Church is a relaxed, all-age way of being church — with crafts and hands-on activities, a short time of celebration and worship, and food shared together. It’s Christ-centred, welcoming, and perfect for anyone who doesn’t usually do “Sunday church”.
