Christ Church is a Church of England parish church. We are a diverse family – different ages, cultures and personalities – and we all share the desire to deepen our knowledge of God, follow Christ together and apply our faith in the real world. We are committed to serving our local community in and around Gipsy Hill.
Christ Church is part of the open evangelical tradition, combining an emphasis on Biblical preaching and discipleship with a variety of styles of worship – some more formal and traditional, others less so.
Children and young people are very welcome at our services: we have a flourishing Sunday School and Young People’s group. We also have a full midweek community programme, which includes daytime and evening Home Groups, a community drop in, a thriving toddler group, and a host of other ways of engaging with our local community .
