Thank you for coming to our Community Event last Saturday. Many came and we hope you’ve found some new interests or revived old ones, and that the groups have found new members. Special thank-yous go to all who provided the delicious refreshments and Natasha & Ruth of St Mary’s Teddy Bear Club for the children’s play area. A good time was had by all.
The children brought their gifts to create a fabulous display in their school hall. All classes took part in Harvest themed stories, songs and prayers. And there was a wonderful retelling of 'The Little Red Hen' with actions by Snowy Owl class. All donations will be taken to Tiptree foodbank.A big thank you to everyone who took part and gave so generously!
NATASHA WRITES ABOUT HER ORDINATION TO THE PRIESTHOOD LAST SATURDAY:“What a wonderful weekend. So joyous, emotonal and Spirit-filled. It was really lovely to be suppported by so many members of both churches. Thank you all for your encouragement and prayers. I have received so many cards and gifts, I feel truly blessed! Presiding at the Eucharist for the first time on Sunday morning at All Saints’ was very special. I am really looking forward to presiding at St Mary’s this Sunday when the Revd. Chris Davey, Priest-in-Charge of St Michael Framlingham with All Saints’ Saxsted, will be preaching. He was the incumbent at St Peter’s in Coggeshall and was a major part of my discernment to ministry.”
