Love for the Future - Lent Course
via Zoom online and by phone
c/o Tacolneston Rectory
NR16
What can we find within ourselves to develop family and community life, respond to the environmental crises and achieve a sustainable world? We need respect, compassion, justice, simplicity, repentance and hope. This Lent course, written and produced by Revd David Osborne, explores these six themes and the ways we can allow God to develop these in us, drawing on insights.
Course materials are £3 to cover photocopying - to book your place, please contact 01953 788227 or email [email protected]

The churches in Upper Tas Valley actively support the Trussell Trust Foodbank in Norwich and it's satellite food banks. In-date non-perishable food and toileteries are needed. The situation with Covid-19 means that for the moment there are less collection points than usual and that food may only be left in the Foodbank Collection boxes inside the church on specific days:
Daily - High Gables Porch, Church Road, Wreningham 10am-4pm
Saturday - Tacolneston Church
Sunday - Fundenhall Church
Sunday - Forncett St Mary Church

Thank you so much for supporting the Foodbank and all those who use it!

Grave Talk - an informal conversation in a safe and relaxed atmosphere during a pandemic
Zoom video conferencing and phone
c/o Tacolneston Rectory
NR16
Using conversation starters developed by the Church of England, this month together gives us the opportunity to talk about what makes life special for each of us, the reality of loss, how our culture deals with death, and our memories. Past groups have enjoyed chatting about questions, like 'What is your most memorable death in a film or a book?', 'What do you think about flowers at a funeral?' and ideas about 'bucket lists'.
All you need to bring with you is yourself and something to drink!
