We congratulate the Rt Revd Philip North (who has been the Suffragan Bishop Of Burnley for the last eight years) on his appointment as the new Bishop Of Blackburn. Bishop Philip will formally take up his new role in May/June 2023. We wish him every encouragement with his new responsibilities overseeing the whole of the diocese.
