Rawdon: St Peter

We are a welcoming community of Christians with a long tradition of worship and service at the heart of the Rawdon's community meeting in a beautiful church building. We are committed to follow Jesus Christ in prayer, worship, service and learning ... and we enjoy laughing together too

Our services are at 8.00 am and 10.00am on Sunday mornings;  on the 3rd Sunday of the month we enjoy a time of contemporary worship at 4pm. On Tuesday mornings we meet for Morning Prayer at 9.30am.

We offer fellowship and pastoral care including support at the important times of our lives. For details of how to arrange a Christening, Wedding or Funeral please see the links in the side panel.

Safeguarding

Our parish of Rawdon: St Peter is committed to safeguarding children, young people and adults from harm. We follow the House of Bishops guidance and policies and have our own Parish Safeguarding Officer (PSO). Our Diocese of Leeds’s safeguarding pages contain vital links and information including contacts for the Diocesan Safeguarding Advisor who advises our Parish Safeguarding Officer. If you are concerned that a child or adult has been harmed or may be at risk of harm please contact the PSO by email at: [email protected]
or the Diocesan Safeguarding Advisor using the link below.
If you have immediate concerns about the safety of someone, please contact the police and your local authority’s children or adult social care services.
