Saint Bartholomew's Church commemorates its Patronal Saint with a service of Holy Communion taken from Common Worship

As part of the Diocese of Blackburn' s Centenary Mission Weekend the Parish is organising a "Songs of Praise" style event known as "Hymns and Pimms." Parishioners are invited to choose their favourite hymn, chorus or worship song (request slips in each church, and you can chose more than one) and the most popular will be chosen to sing during the afternoon. After a good sing you are invited to join us for a refreshing glass of Pimms!
