PLEASE NOTE: in October and November we are combining with the Bible Course (see separate event details). "No one can have faith without hearing the message... Faith then comes by hearing and hearing by the Word of Christ" Romans 10 v 17. You are assured of a very warm welcome so please do come and join us (7.15 for 7.30pm). [We are currently studying the Epistle of James.]
On Thursday evenings starting on 3rd October and through October and November we are running this 8 week course provided by The Bible Society. Absolutely everyone will be very welcome to come along and explore the BIG story.
Big, complex, old … just some of the words people use to describe the Bible. Sound familiar? That’s where The Bible Course comes in. The course will increase your confidence, equip you to read the Bible better and help you to see its relevance to daily life. Join with members of all five congregations to worship together at St Andrew's. Please note that there will be no service at the other churches this morning. There will be a time for Team Prayer before the service: 9.45-10.15am and all are welcome to take part.
This is an informal style of church with lots of worship songs, activities, fun and fellowship. All are welcome: we usually meet at St Peter's Church.
All are welcome to come and enjoy a chat with a cuppa and scone. Please note that this is having a summer break for August, and will next be on again on Friday 6th September.

This Blessings Course Taster morning is in preparation for the full seven week course in the new year which covers topics including: The God who blesses, Being blessed, Called to bless...
Come along to find out more: there will be a short presentation, followed by coffee and conversation. All very welcome.
