What's on

Messy Church

Sunday 19 May 2024 Sunday at for 1 hour, 30 mins
Mickle Trafford Village Hall
Warrington Road, Mickle Trafford, Chester, CH2 4EB, United Kingdom

A service aimed at youngsters and their families, but open to all. You can expect tea, coffee or juice as well as bacon or sausage baps on arrival. Children can choose to do a range of usually ‘messy’ crafts, all supervised of course. Families are then invited sit down to listen to a short bible story, always delivered in a fun and imaginative way.

House groups run throughout most of the year, allowing six to eight adults to meet weekly at a group leader’s home where they can develop friendships and explore living out faith.

Our parish of Plemstall: St Peter is committed to safeguarding children, young people and adults from harm. We follow the House of Bishops guidance and policies and have our own Parish Safeguarding Officer (PSO). Our Diocese of Chester’s safeguarding pages contain vital links and information including contacts for the Diocesan Safeguarding Advisor who advises our PSO. If you are concerned that a child or adult has been harmed or may be at risk of harm please contact the PSO [add their details here or use the button to link to a page that shows the info] or the Diocesan Safeguarding Advisor [add their details here or use the button below to link to your own page that shows the info or the diocesan safeguarding page]. If you have immediate concerns about the safety of someone, please contact the police and your local authority’s children or adult social care services.
